The bank's dedication to social responsibility was evident during the Wayanad landslide tragedy, where ₹10 lakhs was contributed to the Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund, alongside personal contributions from employees and board members.

In line with modern requirements, the bank's headquarters, main branch, and K.P.R. Rayarappan Auditorium are undergoing upgrades, with plans to complete and dedicate these projects within the year. Additionally, 10.65 acres of land adjacent to the bank have been acquired for parking and future development.
